Our fee for any booking within normal hours is £650. This is the same whether we play for one set (up to 2-hours) or two sets (up to 1½-hours each) with a maximum of 3½-hours between start and finish. In addition, we charge transport costs from Exeter at £2 per mile (one way).

The remainder of the agreed fee should be paid either by cheque at least 14 days in advance of the function or by cash on the day. In the event of a cancellation being made, a cancellation fee may be charged according to the circumstances and the length of notice given.

It will be necessary to gain access to the venue 1 hour before the start time to set up the sound system etc. If you wish to have everything set up before this time, this will incur additional costs. It takes about 30 minutes for us to clear a venue at the end. Again, if you wish us to wait before removing our equipment, this will incurr additional costs.

A standard 13 amp mains electricity outlet must be provided close to where the band is expected to play.

The band will make every reasonable effort to attend at the agreed time and place. However, the band cannot accept any responsibility or liability arising out of an inability to attend for any reason whatsoever.
